She later led and scaled an R&D team within a US biotech unicorn.

Additionally, Alexandra spearheaded business development efforts at a major public research and innovation flagship focused on oncology and digital health. Her leadership and ability to bridge early research with business have driven impactful innovations at the intersection of science and technology.
